Anita Rombough
Group Manager, Oncology Nursing and Transitions in Care, Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario)
Biography
Anita’s unique education and experience fuel her passion to improve the quality of health care delivery and patient experience. Over the past 8.5 years, Anita has held diverse and increasingly senior roles with Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario) including the Ontario Renal Network, Access to Care, the Quality Management Partnership and currently is the Group Manager for Oncology Nursing and Transitions in Care (with a specific focus on Survivorship). Prior to joining Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario), Anita was a Program Manager for a major teaching hospital and has practiced extensively as an Occupational Therapist in different care settings and with different patient populations. In addition to having completed her Master in Business Administration, Anita also holds degrees in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and Psychology from McMaster University. In 2019, she also obtained her Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) designation.
